Seeking to quieten and relieve the constant activity of body, mind and soul, experiential training in the Arts, Botanical remedies, Craniosacral Biodynamics, and Mindfulness based psychotherapy has led to not only a way of working, but a way of being in the world.

Nature is my co-facilitator of Forest and Nature therapy – so join me in bringing the peace and vitality of nature into your life. Feel the sun, the wind, catch the scent of pine as you wander through some of our woodlands, hear the birdsong, and meet the soft earth under your feet.

Lean into an intuitive, sensory experience…tune into your body and the land, open to a deeper sensory awareness of the world around you. Explore and develop this awareness, respond to invitations to reconnect with nature, respond and rediscover you.

EarthWalks/Forest bathing…a walk to inspire new connection with the land we live in, walking in relationship with our surroundings, tuning in to our senses in a deeply mindful way, bringing awareness to a new sense of who we are.
